This post is describes the 4 part Candidate process. The candidate process is simply a way for you to get the information you need to know in order to make a decision to move forward with us or not. We don't work with everyone. Working with us and building your real estate investing business takes hard work, consistency, commitment - so we know not everyone is a match. The candidate process will guide you through a lot of information to help you determine for yourself and us if you are that match.
THE PROCESS:
Step 1: View our 15 minute quick webinar "Briefing" - merely a taste of the information and content to come in steps 2 and 3.
Step 2: Jump on a Live or Recorded "Introduction" - 90 minutes of much greater detail about what our community of investors are doing, the numerous and enormous opportunities ahead for you, how you'll got trained and educated so that you can start investing, building a portfolio, and giving back to the community as well.
Step 3: Complete the webinar portion of the candidate process by attending the Live "Follow Up / Q&A" Webinar - a 2 hour, in depth webinar you'll learn even greater information so that you can make an informed decision about moving forward with us and how you'll do so.
Your job during the candidate process is to attend/view the webinars in within a 5 day period of time. After you view each webinar, call, email, or text us and let us know you've completed the step so we can help you with the next one.
Step 4: Following the Follow up webinar, there is a short phone meeting to answer any questions and determine a path forward.
